Dr. Ashleigh Rollheiser is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor dedicated to supporting women through the many stages of their lives—with particular care for the reproductive journey—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum and the evolving path of motherhood. Dr. Rollheiser’s goal is to empower parents to trust their innate wisdom in caring for themselves and their children. Drawing from her own personal experiences—the joys and the heartaches that come with building a family—she offers compassionate and informed care. Now available for infants and pediatrics, she is committed to supporting your whole family in building a strong foundation for lifelong health.
Dr. Rollheiser also has a special interest in environmental medicine, longevity for first responders and shift workers, and optimizing athletic performance. While her primary focus is in these areas, she is also accepting new patients for all aspects of general practice.
Dr. Rollheiser’s medical philosophy is grounded in the principles of informed consent and personal autonomy. She believes that health is shaped by a combination of physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, environmental, and social factors. While she emphasizes preventive care, she is equally committed to supporting patients when challenges arise—providing tools, education, and care that empower individuals to take charge of their well-being. Her collaborative approach involves listening to patients’ concerns, exploring the root causes of illness, and guiding each person in choosing a healing path that aligns with their values and goals.
Dr. Rollheiser completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Vancouver and her clinical internship at CCNM in Toronto where she did a specialty rotation in Sports Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from Liberty University in Virginia and a Master of Science from University College London in the UK. She is licensed and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, holds prescriptive authority, and is certified in IV therapy and acupuncture.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Rollheiser enjoys spending time exercising, hiking, reading, travelling, and being with loved ones. Above all, she cherishes quality time with her husband and son.
